So lately i try not to label bands as sell outs etc.
Congrats to good charlotte etc., it takes alot of effort and dedication to make it big and i realize just how poor bands actually are. To be honest, I have alot of respect now for any band even if they make it to TRL. Now I realize that bands want to be popular and have money and such. Listen to that and then listen to certain shade of green. They try to make a video with some pointless stupid fuckin political message and then this new song with the "animal" themed video makes me want to blow my brains out. As if that wasn't bad enough, they lose Dirk (not like he was playing good bass riffs anyway at that point) and record this new shitty album and pretend to be all serious again. Then Make Yourself got big, pretty good album although SCIENCE was the best, then what happaned? Brandon Boyd the artsy fag everyone loves has his unbuttoned shirt blowing in the wind for the 'wish you were here' video. There was a time when they used to be the coolest band ever and Dirk Lance was the coolest bassist ever.
1) incubus> Id have to say that incubus has developed into probably one of the shittiest bands out there.
